The declaration was prepared based on the statement provided by the company TOMP Tomasz Jakubowski, which declared compliance with the WCAG 2.1 guidelines at the AA level. The contractor submitted the relevant statement.

Architectural accessibility
Łukasiewicz Research Network – Industrial Research Institute for Automation and Measurements PIAP — Al. Jerozolimskie 202, 02-486 Warszawa
Łukasiewicz – PIAP operates several facilities including laboratories, experimental and low-volume production facilities and offices. The buildings are located at an area covering approximately 7 hectares.
The most important from the point of view of availability is the main office and the laboratory complex including the offices of the key managerial personnel. The entrance to the complex is at the pavement level providing easy access to disabled visitors and staff. The main entrance is secured with a gate with access control features and a separate entrance for wheelchair users. A parking with disabled spaces is located directly in front of the main entrance. All the main complex exits are located at the pavement level.
The production facilities (workshops) have several entrances. Access for wheelchair users is provided with the assistance of a staff member familiar with the building layout.
Łukasiewicz – PIAP also operates a branch in Toruń, ul. Batorego 107 B. The facility is not adapted for use by disabled visitors and staff due to lack of elevators and access ramps. Assistance dogs are welcome.
The main complex in Warsaw has wide corridors providing easy access for the disabled. Łukasiewicz – PIAP facilities include freight and passenger elevators. The disabled can access different floors with the assistance of a staff member authorized to operate the elevator.
A toilet for wheelchair users is located in the main complex in the Conference Centre at the ground floor.
Assistance and guide dogs are welcome in all Łukasiewicz-PIAP facilities.
Communicative and informational accessibility
No voice guidance systems for blind and visually impaired is provided in the Łukasiewicz – PIAP elevators. No induction loops, no Braille markings and high contrast labels are provided for blind and visually impaired. No sign language interpreter is provided.
No online access to Polish sign language interpreter is provided within the facilities.
