Article Processing Charge (APC) Policy

Article Processing Charge covers costs of publishing, online hosting, and long-term archiving of articles published in Journal of Automation, Mobile Robotics, and Intelligent Systems.

Key Details:

• Amount of APC: The APC is set at 200 EUR net per article, regardless of the article's length or content of the article.
• Applicability: Articles submitted before 1st June 2025 will not incur any APC.

Payment Process:

• Once an article receives two positive reviews and the author has addressed any necessary corrections, the Editorial Office will issue an invoice for the APC.
• The author must pay the APC into the publisher’s designated bank account within seven (7) days of receiving the invoice.

Bank charges:

• All bank charges related to the transaction are the responsibility of the author.
• The publisher is not liable for additional fees deducted by the bank.
• If the APC is not paid within the specified time, the article will be returned to the author without further action.
• In cases of incomplete payment, the publisher will notify the author and request the missing amount. If the payment is not completed within seven (7) days of the notification, no further action will be taken on the article. Article will not be processed.

Additional Information:

• Refund Policy: The APC is non-refundable except in specific circumstances (e.g., technical errors in payment). Requests for refunds will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Acceptance of Terms:

By submitting an article to the Journal of Automation, Mobile Robotics, and Intelligent Systems after 1st June 2025 authors acknowledge and agree to these terms.
