About the Journal

The Journal of Automation, Mobile Robotics and Intelligent Systems (JAMRIS)  (ISSN 1897-8649 Print / ISSN 2080-2145 Online)  is an international, open-access, peer-reviewed scientific quarterly. The journal follows a double-blind review process and focuses on publishing high-quality, state-of-the-art research and technical papers in the broadly defined areas of intelligent technologies.

Since its launch in 2007, JAMRIS has been committed to publishing technical, position, and state-of-the-art papers addressing the theory, design, and applications of intelligent systems.
The journal particularly emphasizes artificial intelligence and computational intelligence methods applied to the analysis and solution of scientific and engineering problems.

The scope of JAMRIS includes, but is not limited to, the following fields:
•    Automation, Systems and Control
•    Autonomous and Mobile Robotics
•    Multi-agent Systems
•    Decision-making and Decision Support Systems
•    Mechatronics
•    Data Science and Artificial Intelligence
•    Computational Intelligence
•    New Computing Paradigms and Emerging Technologies
JAMRIS  Editorial Team welcome contributions addressing theoretical foundations, algorithmic developments, system design, and practical applications of intelligent and autonomous systems.

JAMRIS is an open-access journal, providing unrestricted and immediate access to all published articles. Since its founding in 2007, the journal has promoted the dissemination of knowledge by offering authors a transparent and fair publishing platform. Starting June 1, 2025, a one-time Article Processing Charge (APC) of 200 EUR will apply to articles submitted for publication.
